2. Products & descriptions

We work hard to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we can't guarantee that your screen's display of any color is accurate, and actual shades may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability and we may discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices, products and promotions at any time without notice. By submitting an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we'll issue a full refund.

5. Promotions & discount codes

Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order; codes hold no cash value, cannot be applied to past purchases, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional offers are subject to their individual terms.

9. Product use & disclaimer

LIPPSIE products are cosmetics intended for external use only. We recommend a patch test before first use and reviewing the ingredient list if you have sensitivities. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIPPSIE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
