1. Scope

These terms govern all purchases made through the Lippsie online store.

3. Ordering process

The display of products is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing your order you make a binding offer to purchase. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is formed when we accept it (by confirmation or by shipping the goods).

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Any import taxes or duties, if applicable, are shown or communicated during checkout. Shipping is free unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. The purchase price is due when the contract is formed.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide within the available shipping destinations. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Information.

7. Cancellation

As a consumer you may have a 14-day right to cancel. Details are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights for defects apply as provided by law.

9. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
