Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your LIPPSIE order will reach you. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends, or during sale and peak periods may take a little longer to process.
Shipping rates
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. For orders below that amount, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–16 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also follow your delivery on our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional charge.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees set by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. LIPPSIE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays
Occasionally delivery may be delayed by factors outside our control — such as carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience and will always help you track down a delayed parcel.
Lost, stolen or missing packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your parcel, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If your order appears genuinely lost or stolen, contact support@lippsie.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate and, where appropriate, file a claim with the carrier.
