Refund policy
At LIPPSIE, your satisfaction is everything. We back every order with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work so you can shop with total confidence.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days we're unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return eligibility
Because our products are cosmetics applied to the skin and lips, hygiene rules apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened and in the same condition you received it;
- In its original, undamaged packaging with any seals intact;
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used cosmetics (for health and hygiene reasons);
- Gift cards;
- Free gifts and promotional items;
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
How to start a return
Email our team at support@lippsie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll review your request and, if eligible, reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions. Please don't send items back before receiving return instructions — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return shipping
Unless your item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as we can't be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, please re-check your bank account, then contact your card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email support@lippsie.com and we'll help.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
We're sorry if something isn't right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lippsie.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — in most cases without needing the item back.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible item for the same product, email us and we'll guide you through it.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or amend an order before dispatch. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it may be returned under the terms above.
