Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) take possession of the goods.

How to cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us with a clear statement of your decision (for example, by email to support@lippsie.com). To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all accessories and any seals intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within a few business days.
